...now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light (for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth) and find out what pleases the Lord. Be very careful, then, how you live –not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.’ Is there something in your life that needs to be exposed to the light so that you can remarkably please the Lord and truly make the most of each opportunity He’s given you? Something to ponder …can I challenge you to ask this question with me?
Talking of bringing things into the light, our Illuminate Christmas Eve services at Cornerstone Ministries went extremely well (see my blog for more info). Each of the packed services had an incredibly warm response, and we pray that His light truly made a profound impact on the thousands in attendance. Thank you for your part in His working and for praying for me, as the six services (and rehearsals leading up to it!) certainly was a new challenge being 34 weeks pregnant! And as I sang ‘Breath of Heaven’ for a special Christmas service at Cherry Tree Alliance Church too, I have to say, it was quite the experience singing a song from Mary’s perspective, carrying a baby boy inside myself!
